Message to Coach:

My name is Bailey Quinn. I have been playing softball since the age of 5, and my love for the game has only grown stronger. I am dedicated and willing to put in the work to improve not only for myself, but for my team as well. Within the last year I have changed my swing. I predominately slap but I have been working to make myself a triple threat. It has required a lot of hard work but I can see the results and this continues to push me to keep growing in my sport.
Being a part of a military family I have moved several times in my life. Softball has given me a constant stability that has helped me through each move. It instantly creates connections in a familiar, safe, and welcoming environment, that further created friendships which will last a life time. It has helped me to learn to adapt to different coaching techniques and apply them to the game.
It has been my dream to play at the collegiate level. Throughout my years of playing, softball has taught me not only how to be a better person but to how to be a the right type of leader on and off the field. It is my dream to play for a school that will provide strong leadership and continue to help me grow as a player. It is important that the program not only focuses on their players succeeding in athletics but academically as well. I hope to be able to become a part of your 2020 roster!
