Message to Coach:

My name is Meghan Harrington, and I am looking to play softball at the collegiate level at a school that is a great fit athletically and academically.

I am a very competitive person, and this shows in the many hours I put in to improving my skills in both hitting and pitching. I am also a leader, and I work to keep my team focused while still having fun.

My academics are also very important to me. Along with taking AP and Honors classes at my base school of Fauquier High School, I also attend Mountain Vista Governor’s School. This program allows me to take collegiate-level STEM classes at the nearby community college with other advanced students from various high schools in Northern Virginia. As this program involves various high-level and time-intensive courses, I have developed great time management skills that will aid me in pursuing a degree in the sciences while also maintaining an athletic career. I really enjoy learning, and I want to go to a college where I can get a great education as well as pursue my athletic aspirations.

Thank you for taking the time to read this message, and have a great day!
