Message to Coach:
I am a devoted student and athlete. I believe that hard work, dedication, and focus will help me be a better person and player. I maintain my grades while committing to softball, working out, and making friends. I would like to attend a school that will allow me to not only play softball but challenge me academically and allow me to make lasting friendships. Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile and, hopefully, you will be able to see me play and see how I try to be a leader on my team.

2020 Virginia prospect Megan Hatt soon to hit those recruiting boards this summer! She's improving quickly and already looks bigger and stronger than last season. I've spoken to coaches about her previously and let them know to keep watching her improve. You see, when I speak to a coach and ask them to watch a player...they make the note. Then, the next time they see the same girl (and she's been working hard) it makes a bigger difference and greater impression than if it were the first intro. That's what early gets you...change matters and seeing change happens best by being noticed BEFORE AND SEEN AFTER! Knowledgeable recommendations for talented young athletes work wonders. Players who are good and athletic early are best to work like Megan has! You'll become an even better player and if someone's watching...seeing really is believing. Time is a wonderful thing folks and using ALL you can to be your best is a good idea. Take a lesson from this high school sophomore. Heck, we even met in a facility (at SixFour3) when she joined Simpson Scouting! - Jim Simpson Tracy Schwartz Hatt-Doering
